Genix LLC provides individualized, community-based support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We focus on building life skills, fostering independence, and creating meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and everyday success.
We provide one-to-one or small-group support tailored to each individual’s needs and authorizations. Our goal is to help people practice everyday skills, gain confidence, and engage safely in their community.

We are developing a full continuum of supports, guided by community needs and program approvals. Our commitment remains constant: safety, dignity, clear communication, and meaningful outcomes.
We review the referral and confirm all required documentation (e.g., authorizations, assessments).
We create a personalized support plan tailored to the individual’s goals and preferences.
We maintain communication with the CSB/Support Facilitator, providing updates, progress, and any needed adjustments.

Goals may include daily living skills (personal care, meal preparation, and money management), communication and social skills, community engagement, vocational and employment readiness, self-advocacy, and health and safety skills, including emotional regulation. All goals are tailored to each participant’s assessed needs, strengths, and personal preferences.
No, we meet each individual where they are and place them with a DSP who is trained to best accommodate them.
We work with Medicaid and private pay. Our team can discuss payment options during the referral process.
